Quotes & remedial work

Our preferred way of working is through fixed priced estimates which will be emailed over to you following a site visit, we may also be able to provide you with a quote without attending site if we are able to understand the job well enough through pictures and conversation.

• Our quoted visit's are charged at £40 per visit ( In addition to any parking and congestion charge cost's)

• Our quotes are valid for 1 month as the cost of materials may change.

• We will do our best to not change the price set out in the fixed priced estimate but the company may have to charge additional fees if the scope of work changes whilst the work is being completed.  

• We do not provide waste disposal on any of our quotes but we will do our best to clean up after ourselves
