Electrical Installation condition report (EICR)

What is an eicr?

An Electrical Installation Condition Report is an assessment of the wiring in your property. It involves numerous test's to each circuit to confirm the overall condition of the property adheres to current regulations. Once the report is complete it will be sent over along with a quote for the remedial works if required.

Pricing

Our prices are fixed for EICR's (excluding parking and congestion charge)

£220 Per EICR's which includes up to 8 circuits
£25 per circuit after the initial 8

Please note that we carry out 20% sample testing and the power will have to be off whilst most of the tests are being completed
